Well-meaning people take time out of their busy schedule to start training hard but they don’t have a plan of attack and they end up spinning their wheels and not seeing the results they want…or worse yet, they get injured and progress stops completely.
You wouldn’t build a house without a plan. Similarly, when trying to build a life of health and fitness, you need a plan of action. Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, remove pain, or increase energy, we will design a personalized plan for you to move efficiently towards your goals and dreams. Everyone is different…different strengths/weaknesses, schedules, stress-levels, athletic backgrounds, etc. So, naturally, our needs would be completely different regarding training.
What We Offer
Personalized Remote Coaching
When you sign up, you will go through a consultation that includes goal-setting, nutritional assessment and movement screen. This allows us to get to know you and create a plan that is made specifically for your needs and goals. This is where long-term progress can occur.
Moving forward, you will have a 30 minute consultation each month where we will check-in, talk nutrition, adjust your programming and even create new goals as you accomplish old ones! You will also have your own account via the online forum, True Coach, where you can find workout schedules and video demonstrations as well as feedback on your workouts, critiques on your form and much more. This accountability and on-going direction is extremely valuable as people create consistency and move towards a lifetime of health and fitness.

1 Month Program
Every month you will receive 4 weeks of workouts sent directly to your inbox. These are the same workouts that Will has used with numerous clients all around the world to get stronger, lose fat, remove pain and become more athletic and durable. These will include components of strength, mobility, and conditioning to prepare you for everything from Ninja Warrior to swim suit season!
Each workout will include descriptions of exercises as well as demonstrations. This is great for those who are looking for a more budget friendly option, or want to get a taste of what it’s like training with us.
