With the Iron Will Personalized Remote Coaching, you get a customized, highly effective workout plan from Iron Will himself.
This plan is crafted for you based on the fitness goals you provide to Iron Will. These workouts cover each week of the month and show you exactly what you need to do in order to drop pounds of fat, dramatically improve your strength, and conquer the aches holding you back.

- Additional exercises that will improve your conditioning
These workouts are flexible, so you can do them either at the gym or in the comfort of your own home.
And they’re progressive, changing from month to month. You don’t need to worry that you’ll be doing the same thing over and over again.
What’s Included In The Iron Will Personalized Remote Coaching Program?
The coaching program begins with a consultation call between you and Iron Will. During the call, you and Will will identify your overall fitness goals, conduct a nutritional assessment, discuss any struggles you’re currently facing, as well as execute a movement screen. This call will allow you and Will to get to know each other.
MONTHLY CHECK-IN CALL
Additionally, you will have a 30-minute personal “check-in” each month with Will. During the check-in, you’ll discuss nutrition, tweak your exercises, and even set new goals as you accomplish your old ones!
CUSTOM FITNESS PLAN
Next, a fitness plan will be crafted just for you, designed to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Each workout, you’ll be guided through a very specific set of exercises that will help you destroy fat, sharpen your physique, and minimize general achiness. You’ll also be given conditioning exercises that will help you improve overall fitness levels. Plus, you’ll get lengthening exercises that will help you improve flexibility.
TRUE COACH APP
This plan will be available exclusively to you via the True Coach app. You’ll be able to see
- Exactly what exercises you need to do every single month
- Video demonstrations of the exercises
- Feedback on your workouts and form (You will be able to stay in contact with Iron Will all month via the app.)
You can use the app at the gym, in your home, or anywhere else you might be working out.
NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE GUIDELINES
Iron Will believes in a holistic manner of training – meaning that the workouts are only one part of the puzzle. As such during your monthly training calls he will give you guidelines for the right diet to meet your goals, as well as any lifestyle and mental tweaks to set you up for as much success as possible.

Do I have to be in America?
No, Will works with people all around the world. The furthest is a rugby player in Luxembourg.
How much does this cost?
The Personalized Remote Coaching Program is $200/month.
How do I pay?
You will be sent an emailed invoice every single month. Just click the button on the invoice to submit payment. Your monthly consultation call will be set up as soon as payment is received.
What payment types do you accept?
All standard credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
Is there a cheaper option?
Monthly Programs are a great, inexpensive starting point. We currently offer Strength, Fat Loss, and 55+ Strength For Life. These programs progress from month to month but are not personalized. Is there a way for me to do one on one training with you?
Currently Iron Will does not do in person training. However he does do video training via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom. Many people do add on 1-4 video training sessions a month for added support in addition to their Personalized Remote Coaching plan. Price for video training is $60/hr.
What equipment do I need?
These workouts can be executed at a fully equipped gym or at home with just a couple pieces of equipment. A set of dumbbells, a pullup bar and a physio ball is a great start.
What if I currently have an injury?
Some of Will’s greatest successes over the years have been helping people heal from injuries while continuing to get very strong in the process. Injuries are not a problem. However, clearance from one’s physician is preferred.
Do you take insurance?
No. At this point, we do not accept insurance.
