My life has been a journey of diversity. I have lived in many different places around North America. I grew up playing sports and acting. I graduated high school in Nashville, TN before heading to Canada to play hockey at the World Hockey Center and becoming the team’s first ever American captain. Being extremely tired of the cold and snow, I headed west to Arizona State University where I studied Exercise science and Kinesiology and began working as a strength and speed coach, training athletes and non-athletes alike. After, school, I had an opportunity to play professional hockey and did so for the next three seasons, all the while learning as much as I could about physical training, health and principles of success from some of the foremost authorities in the world!
Transitioning out of hockey, I started my own training facility called Iron Will Sports and Fitness working with athletes and non-athletes of all levels…from professional hockey players wanting to gain an edge on their competition to children learning to be athletes for the first time to elderly people wanting to be able to walk up and down stairs pain free! Helping people reach their fullest potential is my passion! Anything is possible!
“All limits are self imposed.”
