Hi everyone! Welcome to Iron Will Sports and Fitness.
For any of you that I haven’t met yet, my name is “Iron Will” Roberts and one of my main goals as a trainer is to help you get to the point where you are truly (and permanently) “creating fitness as a lifestyle”. It is not enough to just workout. You have to reshape your life as a whole. Every so often, I will be sending you quick, easy to apply tips and tools to upgrade your overall level of activity, nutrition and your mindset.
We will be covering the topics of: THINK. MOVE. EAT. To me, that is life. You create an image in your mind and you move towards it. Then you eat and refuel so you can do it over and over again for a lifetime.
